1.Recall, Exchange, or Return.

If the user is dissatisfied with the product received in his order, the user shall have fourteen (14) calendar days to make a change or return the product without penalty and without stating the reason, Qinkung is also responsible for the direct costs of the replacement or return only in Charges are incurred on the first return of an order, not on subsequent returns of the same order (if any).

· The product has its original label intact and has not been tampered with;

Each product to be returned must be undamaged, and unused, with all tags, packaging, and, where appropriate, accompanying documentation and original accessories. If the user does not do so, Qinkung reserves the right to refuse returns.

2.Returns due to manufacturing defects.

All products offered through the site will be completely original unless otherwise stated in their descriptions. Again, all of these products are warranted for 3 years from receipt of the product. Such warranties shall be provided by the Supplier.

Considering that the useful life/period of products sold on this website is usually less than three years, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, the products shall be deemed to be in compliance with the contract provided that they meet all of the following requirements: a) they comply with the description, and have the quality of the product that the supplier demonstrates to the user in the form of a sample or model. b) they are suitable for the purposes normally intended for products of the same type. c) Given the nature of the products, they demonstrate the usual quality and performance that consumers and users can reasonably expect from products of the same class.

Qinkung customers benefit from the guarantees provided by the different manufacturers for each item. Defects or blemishes caused by improper use or handling of materials or wear and tear from the use of the same materials are not covered by this warranty. Decreased functionality of the item due to concept limitations is also not covered by this warranty.

During the warranty period, the user can return any product with manufacturing defects to Qinkung free of charge. To make an official return, the user must contact Qinkung by phone at +86 17671701781 or the "Contact Us" section of this website which serves as the returns form/declaration A statement identifying the product to be returned or a detailed list of defects found therein. Upon receipt of such communication, Qinkung's customer service team will arrange for the collection and delivery of the defective product to its warehouse at no cost to the user.

If the product is defective, Qinkung will, at its discretion, take steps such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, free of charge to the customer. The customer must notify the seller within three years of becoming aware of the non-conformity.
